| 1 | bag (um, 10 oz? I forgot) of assorted salad greens and purples |
| 3 | ?? oz cans mandarin oranges, drained |
| 1 | cup soy sauce |
| 1/2 | cup sesame seed oil |
| 1/2 | cup water with honey dissolved in it |
| 1 | tbsp basalmic vinegar |
| 1" | long piece of peeled ginger, sliced |
