French Onion Soup French Onion Soup

Makes about 8, 1 cup servings

1) Saute the onions until browned and they smell yummy. Add some salt. This takes about 1/2 hour.

2) Prestage the croutons in a largish bowl, top with the cheese

3) Add the broth to the onions, boil

4) Pour onion soup on top of the croutons and cheese

Serve immediately
