Good Housekeeping: Food (main) - Lots of great recipes, such as The Only 10 Recipes You'll Ever Need - Lots of interesting variations on some basics. There are lots of other categories. Here are a few of my favorites:
1. Our version of Peanut Chicken - modified from the Good Housekeeping version. Would be yummy even without chicken.
2. Not as spicy Thai Chicken - derived from the GoodHousekeeping original
3. Couscous Paella isn't really paella but it's pretty yummy
